Kindly pick from our Ratecard any package that best suits your event and make the necessary adjustments if need be. Please do well to read our T&C before making any commitments as it is deemed as your acceptance of contract. Our Payment details will be indicated on the invoice sent to you and a non-refundable 50% deposit(Booking Fee) will be required within the next 15days to keep invoice valid. This Payment will confirm your booking and submitted date. We will then send you a receipt and confirmation date slip via Whatsapp or Email. Also do well to take note of number of hours, number of photographs and retouched images (#R), number of photographers, timelines for delivery and the presence of a creative director when choosing a package as may be crucial in determining general output of your images and service experience. We certainly can't wait to be at your event.
This will be based on the package you chose. However, if you are expecting more than 120 guests and you happened to go for a one photographer package(Basic Package), we strongly advise to add an additional Photographer from our team to reduce the stress of the single shooter and help to achieve a more comprehensive story and wedding gallery. You can also enjoy the presence of a Creative Director from our team who will make sure you are picture ready, in great mood, develop creative ideas on set with amazing poses. He will also liaise with your planners, family and photographers to ensure day activities well coordinated and timely. He/She is most likely to be your hype man and with a third hand, serve as a blogger for the day, capturing snippets from cute and lovely moments on your day for our social media post and blogs.
We will leave your event based on the number of hours we were booked and turnout of events on your day since we will have to ensure that your entire event is well documented regardless. As a result, the hours will start counting immediately the team gets to the agreed meeting place. You will be liable to all extra hourly charges if our time should exceed its limits based on the turnout of events and this is without any form of notice prior to the fact that you are fully aware of the hours you have subscribed and our reporting time to the event.
We will arrive at your event 60 minutes (1hr) to the time of a traditional wedding but for white wedding we will be there 90 minutes (1hr 10mins) before start of actual ceremony.
Yes and no, Images captured by Techsirl Photography do not automatically feature on its social media platforms and blogs. Clients will appreciate that thousands of images are captured each month by our photographers and not all can be featured. Techsirl Photography reserves the right to select images (at its own discretion) to feature on its social media platforms and blogs. Images created for our clients under the copyright law are deemed as Shared Ownership. This means that both the client and the creators (Techsirl Photography) have equal rights to the images to share and reproduce them. Full Copyrights to images can, however, be requested by a client at a charge. The charge is for the selling over of Techsirl Photography’ shared rights to the client. Once a client has Full Copyrights, Techsirl Photography will have no right to share, reproduce or commercialize the images without the permission of the client.

We are based in Kumasi, Bantama to be precise. However, we are open and available to travel even beyond Greater Kumasi. This will mean client will have to cater for our transportation and accommodation if the event is beyond Kumasi. Trips outside Ashanti Region and Ghana will require that we are there a day before to enable us prepare adequately and rest for the busy day ahead. Clients will have to hear from our photographers their desired means of transport and support them in every way possible to make their journey a convenient and comfortable one.
Softcopies of pictures will be delivered within 14-21 working days. However we may share a few highlights with you as and when we make progress with the post production process via a Dropbox link (Files are most likely to be the retouched images that come with your package). Full video will be ready in 40-60 working days and short trailers will be ready between 14-21 working days. Full deliverables from pictures and videos packages respectively will be delivered within 60-90 working days. Kindly note that express services can be requested and will come at an extra charge. Clients are advised to pick up their final proofs at our office otherwise payment will be made for delivery services by client when doorstep delivery is requested
Yes, we do. Every image we deliver is post processed with our unique artistic and creative style of basic post production. This involves cropping, colour correction, exposure/brightness adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone mapping and other minor corrections. Many photographers will not post process any or will only post process “selected’’ images from your wedding. This means that you may have pictures that are too dark, have strange skin tones or other common photography flaws. However high-end retouched images per wedding is a maximum of 60 images and is relative to the chosen packages(R#). The (R#) next to the number of Photos/Softcopies to be delivered to the clients means number of retouched images. Also though all pictures to be normally edited before presented to clients; Retouching means we move the focus of our editing from the general look of your photograph to the various elements within the picture. Explaining further means that certain flaws noticed on the subjects within the image such us messed up hair, brown eyes & teeth, patchy makeup, sweat, rough skin, protruding stomach and other distractions will further be corrected by eliminating or adding to the picture for an entirely glowing effect on images. Furthermore other Photographic filters and colour grading can also be added to the photograph when necessary to produce a unique and outstanding image. It’s almost like the perfect picture useful for Wall Frames, Album Covers and Social Media Blog Posts.
